Roland,

Thanks for the reply.

In the server profile settings, I see a section under modules called
"hosts", and the modules I have selected are "Account (account)(*)", "Unix
(posixAccount)" and "Samba 3 (sambaSamAccount)". In the Available modules I
have "MAC address (ieee802device)". Yet in the main LAM interface, when
editing a user the only tabs I see are "Personal", "Unix", "Shadow" and
"Samba 3"; there is no hosts tab. Is there some other module I need which
isn't included in the list I have? Also, I'm not running the Pro version
(although I do intend to purchase it), but my understanding is that the Pro
version isn't needed for hosts.

do you have enabled the hosts module for users (in your LAM server profile
-> modules)?

The screenshot is a bit outdated but you should see a hosts tab when
editing a user:

http://www.ldap-account-manager.org/static/doc/manual/ch03.html#idp5561232

There you can push a button "Add hosts extension" which will show the input
fields for hosts.
