Danilo,

rfc2307bis schema support is a feature of LAM Pro, see the feature
matrix http://www.ldap-account-manager.org/lamcms/featureMatrix. If the
group you're creating is a groupOfUniqueNames then it must include at
least 1 memberUid entry, depending on the schema, or the creation will
fail.
