Please activate debug output on your LDAP server. In /etc/ldap/slapd.conf turn logging on with the line "loglevel 256". OpenLDAP uses /var/log/syslog for log output. Alternatively, if you are experienced with networking you can use wireshark to get the error message from the LDAP server. The operations error probably contains a more detailed message. Unfortunately, PHP does not handle the detailed message and LAM cannot display it. - -- Best regards Roland Gruber LDAP Account Manager http://www.ldap-account-manager.org/ Want more?
