Nevermind,
Issue is for force password to work, a userid must have a password expiration
token assigned.

While logging in works fine, I been unable to get lam to force the user to
change their password at their next login (even when selecting the box to do so
and saving the temp password), is there any dependencies or requirements that
are necessary for this to function?
