Figured it out. Added the following acl above my last acl:
access to dn="cn=schema,cn=config"
by dn="uid=ldapadmin,ou=People,dc=MyDomain,dc=local" write
by dn="cn=Manager,dc=MyDomain,dc=local" write
by * none
