Please note below my profile settings:

Under Server settings:

Server address: ldap://mydomain.com:389
Tree suffix: dc=mydomain,dc=com


Under Account types:

Users->LDAP suffix: CN=Users,DC=mydomain,DC=com
Groups->LDAP suffix: cn=Builtin,dc=mydomain,dc=com
Hosts->LDAP suffix: CN=Computers,DC=mydomain,DC=com
Samba domains->LDAP suffix: DC=mydomain,DC=com



On the top of the Account types page I get some PHP notices, please see below:

Notice: Undefined index: hidden_user in 
/src/ldap-account-manager-4.0.1/templates/config/conftypes.php on line 283

Notice: Undefined index: hidden_group in 
/src/ldap-account-manager-4.0.1/templates/config/conftypes.php on line 283

Notice: Undefined index: hidden_host in 
/src/ldap-account-manager-4.0.1/templates/config/conftypes.php on line 283

Notice: Undefined index: hidden_smbDomain in 
/src/ldap-account-manager-4.0.1/templates/config/conftypes.php on line 283


Regarding modules, I have the following:

Users->Selected modules:
Personal (inetOrgPerson)(*)
Unix (posixAccount)
Shadow (shadowAccount)
Samba 3 (sambaSamAccount)

Goups->Selected modules:
Unix (posixGroup)(*)
Samba3 (sambaGroupMapping)

Hosts->Selected modules:
Account (account)(*)
Unix (posixAccount)
Samba 3 (sambaSamAccount)

Samba domains->
Samba domain (sambaDomain)(*)
