the RPM intends to install all dependencies to get a running LAM
installation. If I replace php with php-common then the Apache/Nginx is
missing.
I thought about depending on "webserver" and "php-common". But then it
will not work out-of-the-box for Apache (missing "php").

Since RPM does not allow to depend on one package OR another there seems
to be no perfect solution. :(
