at the moment there is no possibility to set the time zone for LAM. This
is why all time values are displayed in GMT.
It is planned to change this in a later version.

Please open your user in tree view and check if the account has multiple
values set for "userPassword". Maybe there is more than one password stored.

This depends a bit if the application checks the flag. What user modules
(Unix/Samba/...) do you have activated and via which application do your
users authenticate? If "Password policy" is activated then please check
if the checkbox "Password change required" is checked when you reopen
the user account.
