Hi, I configured User accounts (e.g. Unix, Samba and Kolab), with the modules Personal (inetorgPerson), Password policy and customField. The customField was bound to macAddress attribute which is inserted in the form XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX. Then, I enter in the application and make a search on the field MacAddress, I type XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX and execute the search and I get the error
Please enter a valid filter. Only letters, numbers and " _*$.@-" are allowed. XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX and I imagine that it is the presence of colon, because if I do a search with XX nothing comes out, no error message.
