Hello,
I'm noticing that when I setup a profile for our helpdesk staff with Access 
Level set to "Change Password" - they don't get access to the password reset 
page (they don't see the key icon) in the users tab.
If I changed their Access Levels to "Write access (default)" they are able to 
get to the page and change passwords.

I also tried it on the live demo site and it looks the same as my environment.
I'm using LAM pro 5.4.
