yes, you can do this via LAM Pro self service:

https://www.ldap-account-manager.org/static/doc/manual/ch07.html

Here your users can authenticate with the Windows password and then set the 
Unix password.
You can also set lots of other data if you need (e.g. location, telephone, 
...). Also Windows password can be changed when expired.
