Hi James,

one way to automate this would be removing all passwords via multi edit:

https://www.ldap-account-manager.org/static/doc/manual/ch05s03.html

Afterwards, the users can set a new password via password self reset:

https://www.ldap-account-manager.org/static/doc/manual/ch07s03.html#PasswordSelfReset

This will require LAM Pro.
