Hi,
I am wondering if someone have tried to tweak the "self service registration"
module to allow a pre-validation by an administrator ?
Here is the workflow I would like to have:
* A user registers himself
o Notify the user about the request and ask him to wait until validation.
o Notify the admins about the request with a link to finalize the user's
information.
* Admin validate the user creation account.
o Notify the user that the request is complete.
