After upgrading to Pro (bz2 upload and replace per-file per documentation), the 
server profile will not accept any password, default or otherwise. ("The 
password is invalid! Please try again.") I have tried to set the password in 
the Manage server profiles, but this has no effect. 

Also, attempts to log in to the selfservice page give a "session expired" error.

Can access to the profile be fixed? Otherwise my next step is to restore the 
server from a backup and try the Pro upgrade again.
