Hi Cory,
seems there are some files left of an older installation.
In /usr/share/ldap-account-manager/style delete all .css except
100_lam.7.3.min.css.
In /usr/share/ldap-account-manager/templates/lib delete all .js except
100_lam.7.3.min.js (keep the one .php!).

I downloaded and compared site. 100_lam.1599413133.min.js and
100_lam.7.3.min.js, and they are identical. Why do we have so many more js
files and would they be causing the issue?

are you sure that LAM Pro 7.3 is installed? Did you customize any JavaScript
files?
Another reason could be some company webproxy that is delivering an outdated
JavaScript file from its cache.
There will be the 7.4.RC1 release this week. You can also try this then.

I do not see the same issue on the live demo site, and the js code there is
different. I've tested with Chrome (Version 87.0.4280.66) and Firefox (83.0.3)
and they both have the same issue.

When editing a user (/templates/account/edit.php), the Set Password form
doesn't work. When we attempt to set a password, I see an error in
/var/log/messages like this and the password isn't changed. Is this a known
issue?
