If your groups are based on object class "groupOfNames" then you will
need LAM Pro to manage them.
Please download from here if the version number on the login page does
not show "Pro":

* screenshot of a group's objectClass attribute in tree view
* screenshot of available and selected group modules in server profile

Checked Server Profile > Modules and nothing was selected for Groups.
I've selected "General Information (generalInformation)" and "Unix
(posixGroup)" and now there is an everyone group, but none of the other
