you can use the packages from Debian Stable:
http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/p/php-voku-portable-ascii/php-voku-portable-ascii_2.0.1-1_all.deb
http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/p/php-psr-log/php-psr-log_1.1.4-2_all.deb
This should do the trick.

Especially the first dependency sounds more like a mistake in the
