Unless your knuckles drag the ground when you walk,  you can't reach or see 
it without sliding the seat fully aft and disconnecting your shoulder 
harness.  But this would be a perfect spot if you use a remote valve.  You 
could even put a larger bottle there and use it as a "refresh" supply before 
landing when operating in the higher cabin altitudes for lengthy periods.  A 
good thing for Women and us middle aged (and above) guys.
