Going back 5-7 years ago a number of 360 owners here in Australia
experienced the same problem. After discussions with S-Tec we sent back
about six of them and S-tec basically reduced the pitch sensitivity in the
computer and made some mod to the servo. The problem went away!
You probably should give them a call.
