You can also drill out the non-matching holes to the next larger size.
This, AN6 to AN7, was a Lancair (Mark) approved solution to correct a sloppy
fit of the rear spar attachment bolts on my IV. There have a few remarks in
the past that filling bad bolt holes with flox is not a good practice.
