Last year I researched the eccentric bolt question and found Cessna sells
the eccentric assembly for their 100 series aircraft at a very reasonable
price. I think it is about $100 for two bushings. I called my old friends,
Dick and Jenny, at Cable airport to verify availability and price. I have
not looked into installation at this point as I'm banking on a true flying
machine.
Check your C-172 parts book for the numbers or e-mail me and I'll look them
up once again. You may find the numbers in a listing on this site one year
ago.
