I am not flying yet, but I spoke with Jim Frantz and Gordon Pratt at
Oshkosh and they confirmed the following:

The Sierra Flight System AOA does not take into account density altitude 
or flap position.  Both density altitude and flap position are important 
to me, so I am installing the SFS 1000 and Jim's AOA.  Jim's AOA also has
an annunciator, which could also provide a nice benefit in a busy cockpit.
