I just finished plumbing my garage for compressed air and used PVC type
pipe from Chemtrol called "Chem-Aire". THis is certified for compressed
air systems. Used 1/2" tubing and their fittings. A little pricey but
the peace of mind was worth it. Whole system went in with no problems or
leaks. Chemtrol's customer service dept can be reached at:
1-800-343-5455. It is kelly green in color and they have all of the
fittings as well as the metal fittings for connecting the quick
disconnects.
