Hi, I met an editor of Western Punjabi Wikipedia and Wikiquote at Wikimania. Wikiquote is still in incubator. He asked what needs to be done for the project to get out of the incubator.
The incubator and the localization activity appear to be OK. Does anybody object to giving it a domain?
