Hello -

I wanted to ask if someone could help me better understand why some pages from
the requests for new languages come up with this message:

This page doesn't currently exist; you can search this title
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Search/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Ancash_Quechua>
 in other pages or edit this page
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Ancash_Quechua&action=edit>.

If you recently created this page, try purging the server cache
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Ancash_Quechua&action=purge>
 or searching the deletion log
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&type=delete&page=Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Ancash_Quechua>.
For example:

https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Tzotzil
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Tzotzil>

https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Ancash_Quechua

<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Ancash_Quechua>

Does this mean that there was a request at one time? Or that they were
incomplete requests? Any help to allow me to better understand some of the
processes behind these requests and who is making them. I am really interested
in how incubator projects are developed.

Thanks!
