7 days from what?
If I understand correctly:
Just because a proposal has been marked "eligible" doesn't mean that it
has been approved (but it is then active on the incubator). Eligible are
any proposals where the language has an ISO code. Then we have to check
whether requirements like translations, existence of a community and
regular editing are met. Then we find an expert to verify the language
under review. Only after positive verification do we recommend the shift
from incubator to their own wikipedia page. Or have I missed something?

By the way, the period for the proposals to the Board *was* also 7
days - before it was changed to "informing the community via
meta:Talk:Langcom" (still 7 days).

What is our *internal* period after which the proposal becomes the
decision if no one objects?
