7 days from what?
If I understand correctly:
Just because a proposal has been marked "eligible" doesn't mean that it has been approved (but it is then active on the incubator). Eligible are any proposals where the language has an ISO code. Then we have to check whether requirements like translations, existence of a community and regular editing are met. Then we find an expert to verify the language under review. Only after positive verification do we recommend the shift from incubator to their own wikipedia page. Or have I missed something?

By the way, the period for the proposals to the Board *was* also 7 days - before it was changed to "informing the community via meta:Talk:Langcom" (still 7 days).

What is our *internal* period after which the proposal becomes the
    decision if no one objects?
