No, Gerard. What I meant was that Montenegrin wasn't listed in the 2017 SIL 
approval process because it came to SIL through the ISO 639-2 process, not 
through a standard ISO 639-3 change request. But SIL most definitely has 
approved the code as an ISO 639-3. See
