I see that the project fulfills the activity criterion since 5 months now.
Always just with 3 users, but that's ok.
Interface translation is always ok.
What I'm more concerned about, especially since it is a Wikisource (and of
course I'd prefer if no more Wikisource versions were created), is that
nobody from the community asked for the creation of the subdomain. The Meta
request, e.g., was created by OWTB because of the activity of the project.
Maybe the community would prefer to stay on the Multilingual WS?
