Fair enough. How about this: if you've heard from this linguist within a week of your email (so next Monday, 16:30 UTC), then we'll wait until you get a definitive answer from him/her. If you haven't even received a response by then, we'll go ahead and approve on Wikimedia Armenia's say-so.
