It's a better request than the previous Wikipedia Emoji, but I still think it's a separate matter whether we can accommodate this or not. The idea itself may be subject to review by someone, but I think it is impossible to create :wikt for non-language at this time(zxx is a special ISO 639-3 code for *no linguistic content*). Therefore, in my opinion, this should also be rejected the same as Wikipedia Emoji.
