I deleted the N. L. request on Meta. As the language itself is eligible,
but the request has only been touched by Mogoeilor & friends, I think this
is the best solution for such cases - if eventually real speakers of the
language turn up, they are not faced with a "rejection" that is not aimed
at them.

Wp/sux is nuked, blocked from recreation and I rejected the request.

Wt/yux pages are deleted. Wp/ykg as well.

Page creations are now blocked on Incubator for all yux and ykg pages, with
a note that interested people should contact Langcom first.

Marked the first one as rejected. It could also be deleted, but it's a nice
document of Vallteri Lahti / Palmtree222's nonsense.

The second one has lots of discussions and Steven marked it as eligible
(which it of course is). I would prefer deletion as mentioned above as well.

This proposal for Norn was rejected since it's extinct and has very few

Thanks!
