Hi all. I'd like to hear your thoughts on this closure by 6 December. Personally, I don't like wiki closures. This is within our scope, but it should not be our priority task. Therefore, we have been running closures for exceptional cases. But this project seems to have had contributors for a while after a closure proposal was previously registered, then it disappeared again, and it has been neglected for more than 10 years, not much different from the first closure proposal. Of course, another contributor may appear for a while as this proposal becomes more likely to pass. However, given the opportunities previously presented, I don't think this is a sufficient change to refute the closure's basis; unless there are enough contributors to be at the level right before the test project on incubator is approved.
If this project has new contributors, it's not a bad thing at all to go through the incubator process again. So I'm giving my support to this closure.
