I took the liberty to mark a few languages as ineligible: * https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Damascene - this one doesn't have its own ISO code, but sounds practically the same as Levantine Arabic. * https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Gutnish * https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Hutsul * https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Maghrebi_Arabic - this is too general, and there already is a working Wikipedia in Moroccan Arabic (ary) and some more Incubators.
