Here's my draft decision: The proposal for closing the Cree Wikipedia should be accepted. While Cree is of course a living language, the wiki itself has never developed into an actual project: almost all pages are empty or test edits, and most of them have been moved to "Archive" subpages during the course of this closing proposal. Despite waiting an additional half year after a potential contributor expressed interest, no substantial content or community has emerged. In this situation, keeping the wiki open is not useful, so it will be closed and the pages moved to the Incubator (possibly excluding super-short pages of dubious quality), where any future contributors will still be able to build something in Cree if interest arises.
