While being taught about how to use the new dashboard, Jhs and I noticed that https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wp/nyn is very active (the language name is written in many different variants). It doesn't even have a Meta request, which is fun! But it can be approved, as it fulfills the activity criteria and has the most-used messages. It only needs verification of the content.
