Tiõrv! As we already have a positive expert review for this language, activity on the incubator project[1] continues to be high[2], the level of detail in the articles is good, and the most important messages are translated into the language (99.14 %)[3], I would like to propose we approve this Wikipedia project.
There are a few things I would like to see being worked on (more interwiki links, more translation, better categorization), but I don't see these as a hindrance in approving the project.
