except instead of encoding information about the datas properties in a type system that is part of the language (either statically or dynamically) you encode it dynamically into the data itself (by encrypting it). This doesn't seem to be as powerful as having a good static type system, and it would have more overhead, but you could bolt this on to any language whether or not it had static or dynamic typing...
