Currently the libgtk-java bindings will compile on Windows but
there is a problem with the JNI name mangling when you compile
it with gcc. A java application is able to load the dll but is not able
to resolve the method names. I have posted this issue to
the gcc-help list and am working on a few possible solutions.
Once I have this working I will post complete instructions on
the Java-GNOME web site.
