Summary: Test cases running in Maven do not find test-en.txt

Initial Comment:
Please move src/test/java/org/languagetool/test-en.txt to
src/test/resources/org/languagetool/test-en.txt for optimal Maven
compatibility. As it is now, extra configuration needs to be added to the POM
to get the tests working.

Done in trunk - let me know if it needs to be done in the 1.9 branch too.
