Summary: False positive with smileys in rule EN_UNPAIRED_BRACKETS

Initial Comment:
This sentences gives a false error because of the unpaired bracket ;-)

It's quite clear here that the smiley which contains a parenthesis should not
trigger such error. The rule EN_UNPAIRED_BRACKETS should have
an exception for smileys. There are many kinds of smilers, but at least
the 2 followings which are the most commons should not cause an error:

:-)
;-)

The false error happens in several languages.
It happens at least in English, French, Esperanto, Breton, Italian, German
and probably more languages (rule *UNPAIRED_BRACKETS).
