I have now added classes for Swiss and Austrian German. Could you add their 
dictionaries? You are probably faster than me with that.

We now have a situation where "German" has spell checking (de_DE), while 
"English" has not - for English you have to choose American or British 
English. Is that what we want? Should we default to American English when 
the user selects English? The way it is now seems counterintutive from the 
user's point of view.
