As no serious bugs were found, I have now activated this for our homepage and all language pages that use the PHP include to display the text box. This should also work with Javascript disabled (it then falls back to the old way of checking the text). Auto-detection of languages is not available yet, as we don't have a way to show which language has been detected. There are still some minor issues like incomplete translations.
