Hello All,

I want to host a customized version of LT on my website and let visitors use
Java WebStart, similarly to the LanguageTool homepage.

By analogy with 'Embedding LanguageTool in Java applications'
(www.languagetool.org/java-api/), I guessed that I could put an unzipped
version of LT on my website and use WebStart
(http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/technotes/guides/javaws/developersguide/contents.html).
But, that method does not work. In a web browser, after I start WebStart, the
files start to download, but then I get a message
"com.sun.deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource:
http://www.simplified-english.co.uk/LanguageTool-2.0-with-TechScribe-STE-term-checker/rules.jar";.

The content of the WebStart version of LT is different from the .zip version.
LanguageTool.jnlp (www.languagetool.org/webstart/web/LanguageTool.jnlp) has
references to files such as rules.jar and hunspell-win32-x86.jar. These files
are not in www.languagetool.org/download/LanguageTool-2.0.zip.

How do I create a WebStart version of LT?

Regards,

Mike Unwalla
