I guess I shouldn't have called this "regression test". The script can only 
show what has changed, so whether something is actually a regression needs 
to be decided by the developer. If you have tested your changes properly, 
this report should contain no surprises. But it's another safety net to 
avoid regressions and, considering that rules are often complex to read, 
it's a nice way for other people to see what new/modified rules mean in real 
use.
