There is no way to do this directly, as skipped tokens, are well, 
skipped, and there is no easy way to change them (note that if you skip 
them, it's much more tricky to adapt their form as it's not required to 
specify their POS tags at all, so you might end up with adjusting forms 
of commas etc.).
