Hi Daniel.
Most of the speakers in our country are bilinguals and English is the second
language. Part of our target users also include non-speakers of the language so
we set the strings (and the rule suggestions) to English, although in the
future I might set it to Tagalog. I am currently working with a translator to
translate the strings. As for copying them, this is my way of marking the
strings which have been sent to the translator. If this is a source of
confusion, please let me know and I'll revert them back to "untranslated"
status.

Hi,
I just noticed the Tagalog translation at Transifex[1] is at almost
100% but actually is a copy of the English text. Technically that should
not be necessary: if there is no translation then English will be used
automatically. Is there any other reason to just copy the English text?
