Hi Daniel,
Right now, in Softcatalà, we're running the server with the same
configuration you provided us.
On top of that, we have a cron job in place that, every few minutes, makes
a test check and, if it fails, it kills the LT server process and starts it
again. It may sound too aggressive, but it's been working for us until
now...
