I have extended the list of languages that are checked every night with 
Portuguese. Reminder: these tests run the current LT rules against 1000 
Wikipedia articles to see if new errors show up.

Marco, maybe you could introduce a fake rule that will create some 
error messages to see if this works? Of course the rule needs to be 
removed on the next day...
