I have reported the low improvement rate for Dutch to the OpenTaal
community, which planned to take over actions from myself.

if that does not lead to a repsponse soon, I will take over the LT Dutch
again myself.
I am quite busy nowadays, but the least I can do is remove the false
alarms, which are quite prominent.

I will prepare by doing a large Dutch corpus test and check the hits of
rules and their fase/positive-rate.

I might also even add some rules.
