I'm not sure I understand: making corrections in Wikipedia automatically 
is tricky because you have to ignore the markup when giving the text to 
LT, but have to re-add it later when applying the suggestion. This is 
exactly what LT wikicheck does, using the Java library Sweble that 
parses Wikipedia syntax for us. What you're now looking for is something 
like the Wikicheck web page output, but not as HTML but as plain text? 
Feel free to add that, although maybe XML might be more appropriate than 
underlined plain text.
